For Buyers
Buy Art Web Assets
Know what you are buying before you discuss a price. Check the audience, rights, income, costs, and handoff so you can decide whether an art web asset deserves a closer look.
Review search traffic, direct visits, email activity, and repeat use. Ask for records that cover enough time to show whether attention is stable or temporary.
Confirm who owns the domain, content, artwork, photos, mailing list, brand name, and store accounts. A buyer needs the right to keep using each asset.
Compare sales and other income with refunds, platform fees, production costs, advertising, and owner labor. Gross revenue alone does not show what the asset earns.
List the jobs that keep the property running. Check whether the content, customer care, artist relationships, and fulfillment can continue after the owner leaves.
Due Diligence
Check These Parts Before You Buy
Confirm control of the domain, hosting, analytics, email, social profiles, and store accounts.
Identify what is owned, licensed, credited, or limited by an artist, photographer, platform, or contract.
Review where visits come from, which pages earn them, and whether email or social audiences still respond.
Check payment records with the costs of goods, software, ads, contractors, returns, and owner time.
See whether a few pages or queries create most visits and whether a recent change explains a rise or drop.
Find out which relationships, skills, approvals, or daily tasks still rely on the current owner.
Check platform rules, artist agreements, licenses, debts, disputes, and any account that cannot move to a buyer.
Write down what transfers, when access changes, what support is included, and how customers will be told.
